Men can wear higher heels

High heels in men sizes are hard to find but there is an advantage: plus sizes mean higher heels. Is easier for men to wear shoes with 5" heel hight but women who wear under 10 US sizes.

It is hard to find high heels in mens sizes because no manufacturer makes them as of yet. So typically a male who wishes to wear this type of shoe has to purchase a womens shoe. To convert womens sizes to mens sizes, rule of thumb is you add two sizes. This does not work in all cases. You have to pay close attention to the pointyness of the toe and would be better off buying a squared toe or rounded toe shoe, no matter if it is an open or closed toe shoe. Payless Shoes only carries up to a size 13 and most men feel uncomfortable walking in and trying them on. I found you get a much better selection buying them off the internet. There are a lot of websites up today that sell high heels. My personal preference is Candlelight.
They have a good selection and even have a section of their page dedicated to this. And they offer up to size 17.
